– Standards of what is expected from Trainers/Coach’s
Trainers are expected to train and coach each student with patients, with understanding of how to relay positive and important messages to each student, rather that be basketball or life related.
Profanity from trainers is not allowed and will not be tolerated
Trainers will practice being an example of whatever message is being relayed, rather it be on court enhancement or off court enhancement. Trainers will practice what they preach!
– Standards of what is Expected from Clients (PARENTS)
Parents are to be respectful and if there are any concerns respectfully communicate those concerns.
Profanity will not be tolerated from any parent
Parents are to allow trainers to train and coach there child with no outbursts of opinion. Trainers are to be respected by (parents/overseer) and not disrespected from any.
–Standards of what is expected from Clients (Students)
Students are expected to come into gym with the mind to listen and to learn and allow trainers/coaches to train them.
Profanity will not be allowed or tolerated from any player
Students are expected to be respectful to each and every trainer that is of staff.
Students will also be given space to express emotions and concerns to trainers/coaches. We believe that this is the first and most healthy step to resolving conflict, emotional and mental hurdles.
–Cancellation and Credited Lessons
(All on time cancellations will be dealt with on a credited basis/ if lesson can’t be made up in that same month) -This is for Semi private classes only-
1 Day (24 Hour) notice has to be given for client to receive full credited cancellation. (Semi Lessons)
If 1 Day cancellation notice is not given or missed client will miss both hour and ability to receive full credited refund.
If trainers miss any days those payed days will be subtracted from the following month to even all things out. (Credited)
All clients will be put on a recurring payment cycle
If any client chooses not to sign up for the following month a (10 DAY NOTICE) before next billing cycle must be given.
If 10 day notice is not given, payment will be automatically taken out and only 20% will be eligible for transfer for a credit for following month of return.
If student gets sick a make up day will given. The only other reason for make up days will be of a family death
